Frequently asked questions

How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please send us a short message including your order number to hello@milsendesign.com. Please note that the product you are returning must be unused and sent back to us within 14 days of receiving the package. You don’t need to provide a reason for the return!

How much time do I have to return the order?

You have 14 calendar days to return your order without giving any reason, starting from the day you receive it :)

Are there any shipping costs?

All costs related to your order will be visible in your cart after selecting a product. Shipping is free to most countries :)

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email at hello@milsendesign.com. We will see what is still possible. If the order has already been shipped, you can always return the product to us, and we will provide a free exchange.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email and we will contact the shipping company.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most out of our services and save time in the future.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember. Remember to keep your password safe and never share it with anyone.

Do you use real fur in your products?

No. The Milsen brand supports the cruelty-free movement. Therefore, all the furs used in our pet beds are made from the highest quality, eco-friendly synthetic furs; exceptionally soft and pleasant to the touch.

Can the products be machine washed?

Yes, our products can be machine washed at low temperatures, but dry cleaning is recommended.

Does the fur shed from the cushions and blankets?

When carefully selecting furs, we choose high-quality materials that do not shed much. However, some shedding may occur, which is normal for products made from synthetic fur, especially during the initial use. After a few days, shedding should subside. Gentle washing at a low temperature will help reduce fur loss.

How long will I have to wait for the product?

If you are a customer from Europe, the delivery time is 1-3 business days, depending on the size (all products are made to order). For customers outside of Europe, the delivery time is 3-7 business days, and the packages are shipped via FedEx courier service.

What size bed will be suitable?

The size of the bed your pet needs will depend on the length and height of your dog or cat. The best way to determine the appropriate size is to measure your pet from the tip of its nose to the base of its tail, then add 10-15 cm to ensure maximum comfort for your furry friend.

I already have a pet bed. Can I purchase just the cover?

For most of our pet beds, it is possible to purchase a separate cover. You can find them here (insert link). Make sure to choose a cover in the same size and shape. If you have any questions regarding the cover you’ve ordered, please send an email with your order number tohello@milsendesign.com

What are the benefits of a memory foam-filled pet bed?

Beds with orthopedic Visco Memory foam offer a range of benefits for older dogs with arthritis or hip dysplasia. The orthopedic memory foam provides support for the dog’s joints and muscles, as well as better weight distribution during rest. Orthopedic foam is also recommended for puppies, offering foundational support from the very beginning and helping to prevent the development of various health issues in the future.

Is an orthopedic bed suitable only for older dogs?

An orthopedic bed filled with 100% memory foam is suitable for dogs of all ages. Providing full structural support from a young age is recommended to promote long-term health.

What should I do if the fur's hair become "clumped" after washing?

If the fur hairs become clumped, use a pet grooming brush with widely spaced metal pins (a slicker brush). Gently brush through and then shake the fur to avoid damaging the synthetic fur fabric.
